Free Dental Treatment

Sign Up: Friday, February 6th, 2026 – starts at 4:30pm* until all spots are filled

*Registration will be held in the Central Baptist Church Gym located at 1343 East Grande Blvd. Tyler, TX 75703. First-come, first-served. Absolutely no one on the property or neighboring lots until after 3:30 pm Friday for sign-up. Photo ID required to register. Central Baptist does not have information regarding the registration process, so please do not reach out to them for information.

If a patient can NOT make it on February 6th to the in-person registration, there will be an opportunity to late register online through our website starting at 6 pm on February 6th.  *These appointments are not guaranteed.  This is for alternate positions only.

Patients will be called on February 7th if an appointment becomes available.

Free Clinic:

When: Saturday, February 7th, 2026

Where: Smith Dental Care, 5400 New Copeland Road, Tyler, TX 75703

• Cleanings, extractions, fillings only
• Age 18 and up with a valid photo ID
• Excluding patients who are pregnant, phobic, on blood thinners, or have uncontrolled blood pressure.
• Excludes crowns, root canals, veneers, dentures, partials, and all other fabricated appliances
• Please bring a list of current medications and your photo ID
• Due to space limitations, only registered patients are allowed in the building and treatment room. No friends or family can accompany.

Commonly asked questions:

– Can I register my friend or family member?

Unfortunately, no. The person needing treatment must register themself with a valid photo ID to participate.

– Can I have sedation or nitrous?

No nitrous or other forms of sedation are available at this event.

– Will I be numb?

Yes, if your procedure needs anesthetic (ex: filling or extraction) then you will receive numbness to make that procedure more comfortable.

– Can I bring my family with me?

Due to very limited space, only the patient will be allowed in the building for treatment. Please do not bring unattended children.
