Smith Dental Care

Smith Dental Care opened its doors in 1980. For the first 25 years, I was the only dentist serving the patients of Smith Dental Care. I strived to focus every day on listening to our patients and learning what they wanted and needed from us. It’s our patients that have blessed us with growth and success. Over the years, I’ve not only improved my clinical skills, but I’ve also strived to continually improve the service we provide to our patients. I brought on three great associates, Dr. Lynette Ogletree, Dr. Joe T. Smith, and Dr. Aaron Douglas to help us improve our customer service. Together we have implemented many services that help us increase our patients’ satisfaction. To list a few, we now offer extended hours and free consultations and x-rays for new patients. We feel that many patients want to visit our office to see if our office is right for them before they commit to purchasing dentistry. We also provide same day service for patients with an emergency or broken tooth. We have five hygienists on staff, so our patients wouldn’t have to wait very long to have their teeth cleaned. We are also aware that many of our patients are dental phobic so we brought an anesthesiologist on staff to help these patients snooze through their dental visit. We realize our patients’ time is valuable, so we try to do all dental procedures in our office so we don’t have to refer patients to a lot of other offices. We provide financing for patients with good credit to help them get the dental treatment they want and need. We also provide 24-hour answering service for our patients in case they have an emergency. My associates and I attend many seminars throughout every year to stay informed on all the latest techniques and technology available. There are many more things we do to provide excellent customer service, but it will suffice to say we will always strive to be our best every time you come into our office. Lastly, I would like to thank our patients for giving us an opportunity to serve them over the past 30 years.
